Gift vouchers can be redeemed either online at www.thechandlery.co.nz or in-store at The Chandlery, 15 Aucks Road, Russell, New Zealand.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will expire and cannot be refunded.
If the total cost of a purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance will remain on the gift voucher for future use, within its validity period.
The Chandlery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Treat your voucher like cash.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
For online purchases, the gift voucher code must be entered at checkout. It cannot be applied after the order is completed.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers or used with promos and special offers.
The Chandlery reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any gift voucher that is suspected to have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise deemed invalid.
