Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in New Zealand, whether you’re marina-side in Auckland or tucked away on a rural road in the South.

Prices for goods stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website, and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days

  • Courier delivery: 3-5 business days

  • We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your gear leaves our hands.

  • We use NZ Post and NZ Couriers. On occasion, we may ship directly from Henri-Lloyd Australia warehouse if an item is out of stock here in NZ, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard: $7.70

  • Courier delivery: $9.70

  • Russell locals: $5 local drop-off

  • Click & Collect: Free pickup from The Chandlery in Russell (we’ll email when it’s ready)

Orders over $250 ship free nationwide.

Delivery Details

  • No signature is required, parcels will be left at your door (or wherever you specify at checkout).

  • If your packaging arrives damaged, please contact us straight away and include a photo taken upon delivery, we’ll work with the courier to sort it.
